It came from the Sanskrit term “Asana” or practicing the corporal postures or poses of yoga itself. Every Asana pose has its distinctive benefits and is held for a period of time and is coordinated with breathing exercise. Its full session has a combination of relaxation, meditation and Pranayama (breath control). The asana should be steady and light. The breath is the key, and will indicate with either a steady breath, or an erratic one, or not at all, as in holding the breath. In the last two cases, the body is not comfortable in the position, and the mind will not be steady either. Such health benefits are numerous, but what mainly draws people towards laughter clubs is a simple realization that they seldom laugh and they want to laugh more.Yoga is still immensely popular all over the world as a physical fitness regimen primarily because of the strength and flexibility gained by regular practice.

Patanjali Yoga Sutra – Strategy to Explain the Basic Teachings of Yoga

Yoga is the experience of control and calm persistence of thought in the mind with consciousness raised. Consciousness is a reflection of the true soul in your mind. Consciousness is life in the universe of pure subtle where it meets your selfishness in your physical life. Your mind is impure, like Looking Glass, which reflects the thoughts of selfishness updated with information from the senses of sight, smell, taste and hearing. Your selfishness is impure consciousness.

Pure Soul can not be tested before having a clear conscience. You can not experience consciousness, until you are free of all selfishness. You can not free from selfishness, until your selfishness is free from memory, thoughts in mind. You can not free from the memory of thoughts in mind, until you pacify the memory of thoughts in mind.

Memory thoughts in mind can not be at peace until you become free of negative thoughts and violent. You can not get rid of negative thoughts and violent, until you cleanse your karma actions. Basic Teachings of Patanjali Yoga Sutra start with self-regulation through practice not to be violent, do not be dishonest, not to commit any act of corruption, not to be immoral and not be greedy. Basic Teachings of Patanjali Yoga Sutra also call the practice of moral satisfaction with the thoughts and feelings of control, self-learning and devotion to the creative source.

Patanjali Yoga Sutra accepts you as you are. It does not interfere in your area or any belief lifestyle. It changes from your heart and not from your physical lifestyle. Basic teachings of yoga are prolonged action your source into eight stages. It forbade not doing anything, not accepted and understood in your thinking mind. It requires much patience and practice and faith in it. I practiced for 10 years dedicated to more than 10 hours per day to reach eighth stage of Samadhi. I did not know that my experience of Samadhi is real or mere perception in mind.

I will try to share my experience of happiness in Samadhi, in another article at this website. Different people have different experience according to his destiny. The stage of Samadhi experience does not come to work, but as his blessing.

In first step, yoga is the way to the experience of his actions as good effects that it has reached today. And self-regulation through practice not to be violent, do not be dishonest, not to commit any act of corruption, not immoral and not be greedy. To remain conscious on this self-regulation is enough. Patanjali Yoga Sutra calls these basic teachings of Yamas. It helps to pacify the negative thoughts and increasing positive thoughts. These physical actions becomes tasteless itself, the perfection of the practice yamas.

In the second step, Patanjali Yoga Sutra is the average experience of his actions as good effects it has with the health body and mind. It involves the practice of moral values such as purity in thoughts, contentment in thoughts and feelings of control, self-learning and dedication to the creative source. Patanjali Yoga Sutra calls this teaching basic Niyama. It helps to dispel the sense of control, thoughts and increasing positive thoughts. These actions become natural impulse itself, the perfection of the practice of Niyama.

In the third step, yoga is a way to directly experience the physical and practice to control his movements in a fixed position. It helps keep body and mind healthy. It helps to understand the context of the spirit world through the living body.

In the fourth step, yoga is the experience of breath and out and the practice of listening to its sounds. It helps to understand the physical and mental life absolute.

Fifth step, yoga is a means of direct experience to take his body, senses and thoughts on a desired object and the practice of listening to its sounds.

In the sixth step, yoga is a means of direct experience to take his body, senses and thoughts on some vital practice and listen to its sounds. It contributes to the experience of control of thought and conscience.

In the seventh step, yoga is a means of direct experience with its subtle selfishness of his life and practice to become aware of it.

Eighth step, yoga is a means of direct experience in the conscience and practice to be confused with a soul.

Reduce Stress Through Basic Yoga Relaxation Techniques

In this hectic and stressful world that we live in, being able to relax and chill out is extremely important to your heath. One of the best ways to achieve this healthy state is through the use of Yoga as a system for relaxation and meditation.

While there are many different aspects to Yoga, we will be concentrating solely on the aspects that help you relax your mind and focus your concentration. Yoga can help you achieve this by teaching you how to control your posture, breathing and concentration.

The best known position for achieving this state is the Lotus Position. To do the Lotus Position effectively, you need to find a nice area on the floor where you can comfortably sit, preferably on a nice thick yoga mat. You place your right foot on your left thigh and your left foot on your right thigh. Make sure your knees are on the floor and your feet are positioned upward. Keep you back straight and maintain a good posture. If you aren’t very flexible, you may find this position a little difficult at first. So if you experience any pain or discomfort, then you should do a few days of stretching exercises before you start.

Once you have mastered the proper position with your legs and feet, then you need to focus on your hand positions. There are three alternative positions for your hands in the Lotus Position. Your first option is to place your hands on your heels with your palms facing upwards. Or, you can hold your hands with the palms down and place them on your knees. And finally, you can place your hands on your knees with the palms facing upwards, and then use your index finger and thumb to form a small circle.

Breathe in slowly and deeply through your nose, expanding your lungs with oxygen and then exhale slowly through your nose, cleansing your lungs and helping your body eliminate toxins. At the same time, concentrate on your breathing and avoid any external distractions – this alone will have a calming effect on your mind.

This Yoga relaxation and meditation practice can also have a beneficial effect on your muscles and body as a whole. The emphasis on breathing will also have a beneficial effect on your overall health as you are nourishing your body with oxygen. It will also improve your circulation as it increases the amount of oxygen in your blood. This will also help eliminate or balance any carbon dioxide that may have found its way into your blood.
