    CHRIST is the ONLY way to GOD

    Jesus loves you, the way you are
    come to him, and confess to him with your tongue, and you will inherit the kingdom of GOD

    It’s good for a variety of things, it keeps you flexible for one. I’m hoping to start it to help with my karate and meditation

  • oxSalinaxo

    @snownorah
    it helps you relax and keep you flexible.i dont think a mat is necessary,you could probably use a blanket or a towel.

  • SexyLauraAnn23

    I love this video!!! :) I just started yoga and im hopeing that it will make me more calm lol

  • Psa1mist9

    @snownorah
    Yoga keeps you young… a flexible body is a young one :-D . It can also sharpen your mentality and awareness. Not to mention you sex life.

    You can also use it to strengthen your spirituality as well, no matter what you believe in.

    A yoga mat IS necassary… I’ve tried using a towel or blanket and it kept moving around and wasnt enough cushion whenever i had to kneel. A mat is like 15 -20 bucks at walmart… if your serious about yoga, it would be well worth it
