just a question to those that can achieve this.

how long of training/ trying does it take to get to the thoughtless state of mind?

    thanks alot.

Wow. I use much of what is talked about in this video to clear my thoughts in order to get to sleep at night. It works very well.

when they say about not breathing means..ur concentrating on something thats when u dont breathe but u wont see ur not breathing.

when i did this i saw a “Y” road and on the right side looks like myself but bigger and white, while on the left another big me but black…….i don’t know where to head so i ask them…”what will happen if i walk on your side?”….the black me answered,”if u choose this path you can get anything you want”……then the white me said,”things in this world cannot be accomplish by cheating, but when you work hard to get you can accomplish it….i am not telling u what 2 do i am just advising u.”

I have the same question. Also, without breathing? How long does that take?

That can vary BUT I have found teaching many that starting a meditation cycle on a full moon and meditating disciplined 5 minutes in the morning and 5 at night. Increase 5 for the second day and than 5 minutes each following week. Do this everyday for 6 weeks so the day after the new moon you are meditating 40 minutes in the morning and 40 minutes at night. You should be able to meditate whenever you wish after following this pattern with the moon cycle WITH discipline!

I did this last night lying in bed. I just listened to myself breathing and relaxed for a couple hours. Feeling chilled, I rolled over to go to sleep but instead got a sudden rush of endorpins. I guess its what heroin must be like- pure euphoria for 30-45 secs, I had to shake myself out of it coz it was surprising and really overwhelming.

    very helpful!

you’re doing it wrong then, you feel good because you want to feel good, not because of the meditation. Meditation is empty, blissful.

  • carlyrosem

That exact thing happened to me. I was wondering if it was real! UNreal!
